Episode 4 is out! We had a wonderful visit with Kulvir Mann, a two term school trustee in North Vancouver, Canada. Kulvir Mann offers a great perspective on the duties of a trustee. During our conversation it quickly became clear that she takes her duties to the core of her heart. We hope to visit with other trustees and elected officials in future After The Bell episodes.

The theme of Episode 4 is You Are Not Alone. There is strange dichotomy between being in a class in a room filled with students and yet feeling alone. But it is often a lonely job. Unlike most other occupations, your co workers are also isolated in another room. So we need to take stock of all the existing supports and people standing behind teachers in that classroom.
